Instant Payment Switch
A UPI-style instant payment switch with multi-tenant white-label PSP architecture, enabling real-time interbank transfers across multiple financial institutions.
The Challenge
Banks and PSPs needed real-time interbank transfers across multiple institutions — but every integration was bespoke, settlement was manual, and there was no shared switch to route and reconcile payments in real time.
Our Approach
We built a multi-tenant, white-label payment switch in Go: one gateway exposing REST + gRPC, with per-tenant API-key/JWT auth, idempotent request handling, and a provider router that dispatches to pluggable rails — card via ISO 8583, plus instant / EFT / eWallet. A double-entry ledger tracks every cent, with an outbox-driven settlement worker for HMAC-signed webhooks and reconciliation.
The Outcome
A production switch routing real-time interbank transfers for multiple tenants off one white-label platform — idempotent by design, reconciled through a double-entry ledger, with PCI-scoped key custody.
